You are right,there definitely IS a big difference between an 18 or 19 year old dating a 16 year old and a child rapist. Where I went to high school it wasn't seen as a big deal for a 16 or 17 year old girl to have a 18 or 19 year old boyfriend. I wouldn't consider this a "Child molester".
