Family moving to Grant county WV (Petersburg: for sale, rental, work)

We are in search of a rental or home for sale in Grant county. e would like some where nice for kids. We have three young children. We are able to afford about 800 per month and that is on the high side.

So many of the rental properties are taken in Grant and Hardy county by the highway construction people that I expect your search will be long and difficult. If you can drive to Petersburg to look around, go to " The Outlet' and ask Joyce if she has anything...She will know the rental network and help. I would suggest renting for a year and looking for a buying situation during that time...those counties are exploding and housing is tough to find...and...the interstate will be finished in another year and the pressure will be off the area somewhat...

Thanks for the info, I am going there today for my interview. We will go to the Outlett, I have actually been in there once, the people are very nice.
