Weirton,WV area,rental wanted(rent/own)
Presently in NM,will be in WV june 1st. Husband passed 3yrs.ago and desert life no longer works for me,need to be back on east coast.Looking for small home or apt within 35 mile radious of Weirton.Recieve social security,don't want to pay more than $350.00 a month. Have one very well behaved dog. May consider contract home.I am 53yrs.old,my dog is 4yrs.

Unless you're unsure if you want to be in WV or not, it makes little sense to rent when you can own. Not sure what kind of funds you have available, but here are the listings I found ranging from 14k to 1.3mill. You're in there somewhere! lol

Homes are not selling well in the Weirton area right now. If you can secure a loan, you might be able to get a nice house at a decent price, especially if you're willing to consider New Cumberland, Follansbee or Wellsburg.

A nice area to rent an apartment
Hello,
I am interviewing for a position in Weirton and I feel I have a good chance of getting it, where is a nice (newer) set of apartments to rent. I'm living in Bridgeport WV now and I love this area. It's newer and everything is centrally located and safe. Are there new apartment building to rent?
