There's actually an old drug store just outside of Huntington in Kenova called Griffith and Feil where they still add the syrups to the soda. They serve food as well and have a little bar with round stools and all. Makes me feel like I've walked into a scene from the beginning of It's a Wonderful Life. Really neat place and here's a link.

Nope, didn't see her. I saw bill on youTUBE arguing with an irrate Obama supporter who was trying to heckle her LACK of work on healthcare while they were in the white house. If she were doing nothing, how come they have million page documents spanning clinton yrs sitting in a library? Dig, set, SPIKE.
Katie I think people would have stayed on point more if your thread were asking if hillary has partaken the patriotic WV dawg.
Sorry we mussed up your thread. I'll ask the guys to chip in and we'll hire merry maids or something.

Well the vote totals are in...only about 330,000 people voted in Wv...this was estimated to be 60% of the total voter field.
Mr's Clinton took 67% of the total votiing field...234,000 votes.
Out of 1.8 million people in the state, they are telling me that about 450,000 voted, and 60% of them are over 60 yrs old...
Sad to see this legacy of freedom handed over to a generation with no interest at all...
Jennings Randolph would puke...told me one time on a flight to DC that one of his greatest accomplishments was to write the bill that gave voting to the 18 yr old...."If you are old enough to fight for this country, you are old enough to vote for its leaders," he said.
Somehow they've lost the message...

New here, and I know this is a few weeks late, but since the title of this thread went several different direction, I actually caught up with Hillary's Bus from Pineville on US Rt 10 to Logan on one of her stops. Unknowingly that it was her Campaign Bus with a State Trooper following her, I heard on the radio while driving to my parents home that she was in the area and when I started seeing the crowds along side of the road waving, it hit me like a rock, " Duh"!! So I passed the 3 or 4 cars that were in front of me and got right behind the trooper's patrol car and follow them from Oceana to Logan along the winding and twisting roads that I grown to love on US RT 10. Until they arrived at the Logan Memorial Fieldhouse.. Without sharing my political views, I just thought it was neat that I was following a possible leader of the free world. You never know!!

Only in America....how can a person spend over 300 million dollars ($300,000,000) and NOT win the election? Have to give it to Mrs. Clinton for giving it the old college try.

Looks like all things might get decided tonight with election results- hillary and obama really do need to look at what is in best interests of the party now. schism between dems is awful. They need to bridge the divide from both sides or this election in november will be chaos. Combined ticket would have solved much IMO.

katie Obama is the one who has hinted that the idea of hillary as VP is a no go. He cannot afford to have any old dolt to replace her on that ticket either, or this country's goose is cooked because of the extremist right wing who'd resort to assasination attempts. Treachery of JFK era was not eradicated, it merely went dormant. I think, frankly, he would be afraid of her having incentives to take him out herself. No, I don't think she'd resort to it, but the belief is definately being circulated with gossip.
Hillary's assessment of america is correct. She's warning far left liberals believing righteousness will prevail in current climate, and they're blaming her for reality, shooting the messanger. This multicultural soup is more vast than extreme liberals can comprehend. In that way, they make themselves as ignorant as those they consider 'redneck small minded hicks'.
