Thumbs up Looking for land contract in lumberport or shinnston
We are looking for a 2-3 bedroom house to do land contract. we have 1000 to put down and 300 a month. must allow 2 cats. my husband is a mechanic in lumberport so we are looking to settle down there before our son starts school. thanks





we will even take something to rent in this area for 300 a month.
