I looked through the online edition of the DP (I have a subscription to it) and there isn't anything in there I don't believe...

I noticed in the Hilton Head Real Estate mag's that FSBO's were featured along with the regular agency listings...and the realtor's work them on a buyer's agent contract...
It might be time to do that here...I'll mention it to Mickey Nardella this week...thanks for the reminder...

All great ideas. I will take advantage of all of them. Placed an ad today in the Dominion Post starting tomorrow x 1 wk.
The new 1 bed room is regularly $129,900 and they have reduced rate right now to $125K during this time for new students - w/o furniture. Since we are selling ours furnished, we are selling for the same price as a new one at regular price without the back to school special for $129,900. When they raise their price back up we will also raise ours. Plus ours has upgrades of granite, etc. The furniture is all leather from Friendly Furniture in Fairmont ($4,500) as well as a queen size bed.
Thanks for the ideas.

My husband is a realestate agent (ironic) but condo isn't listed. Just starting the process of testing the waters.

Of Suncrest? Here's the website Suncrest Village Luxury Condominiums: Morgantown, WV Rt. 705: Go WebSite Live™ . Has the sq ft of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms at the bottom of the floor plan. The 1 bedrooms are pretty small. We looked at Suncrest condos last year. They are gorgeous but expensive.
We bought one in the Greystone subdivision, Cheat Lake area - called Mountainview. They sit on the 2nd tee of Mountainview Golf Course. 3 bedroom is 1400 sq ft. They are really nice and less expensive than Suncrest. However, no pool, etc. They are/were apartments but as tenants move out the condos are being sold. If someone is in a pinch (house being built, etc.) they may rent an empty unit until it sells.

The condo is 800 sq ft and has all of the upgrades as mentioned. I would highly recommend checking out the website. It captures how nice they are and they are so close to everything that you can walk everywhere or use the public transportation. We are considering creative financing as well!

Real Estate is a booming business in Morgantown, and there is definitely some kind of real estate guide in the Sunday Dominion Post.
