Now, if only we could figure out how to relocate the fraternities on 5th Avenue and restore those houses as well....
I know this is an old post but, no where can I find that the restoration of this house has begun. I assume they could not get funding. The website just asks for help and no real way to contact and apparantly it hasn't been updated in years. Such a shame. We have let many old homes here in Florida go to ruin. One, especially, comes to mind and it was a tragic loss.

The old posts that were using Photobucket, the pictures are gone. Wouldn't it be better to delete those ? Sometimes, I load a whole page and there is nothing there. This is happening in all the state threads. Such a shame. These pictures are a great pleasure for me and I appreciate all who take the time to share.

If you find a posting where the photos are now gone, send me the URL of that page/post and I'll look into it. There are 22 pages of posts so far in this thread so it's easier if you let us know specifically where to look. Some of them have already been deleted, however.

I thought that this was a nice view of the Huntington Skyline facing North towards Ohio (which can be seen as the green hills in the background).

Said it's near Elkins though, so couldn't be Highland County unless he's wrong about the location.
