Where in or near Weirton can I take my dogs (camping, swimming)

I have taken my dogs camping twice now near weirton, but both places although pet friendly only allowed us in a specific area or only the dogs in a specific area for swimming, but not together, does anyone know of a place that I can float around on a raft or tube down a river or on a lake while my dogs are swimming with me. it doesn't necessarily have to be camping, just some lake or river close by that I can make a day trip.
