Seriously Buzz...this is true...I was a little put off by the Ohioans..only because 50 years ago they lived here in West BG...how they adapt and forget their cousins so quickly...must have been the dust in the auto factories that addled their senses...Myrtle Beach should be much bigger and that's because its the 2nd Wv...Charlotte is the 1st Wv.

I have my own view . .

This link is probably best viewed as someone else's opinion too, generating estimates of future population based on census data.

USA Population: 2000

That's funny, I love it........the usa population link is "caucasian" vs "other" so I'll point out that blacks are as american as apple pie, they gave us blues and BBQ. Even hip-hop and Oprah can't cancel that out. But..The above map does get it right. The uprising of the Bronze Nation is mostly due to no border control. Not good, imho. But still a funny map.

Blacks have a history in America older than my ancestors. Indirectly, some good has come of all this, as I think the black community already sees the caucasian as a future minority and recognizes the growing pains we're going to have with an identity crises. Welcome to the club, so to speak.

Those projections aren't about blacks.

If you can find "immigrant" birthrate charts in America not produced by the government (they tend to purposely understate things when it doesn't look good). That curve superimposed on a CO2 global warming factsheet looks about the same.

Years ago the media came up with this fabricated (grossly understated) number, probably supplied by our government, of 12 million illegal aliens. Call me obsessive/compulsive, but if you add 1 million illegal aliens breaching our southern border each year, that number should go up. It's like magic, the number never goes up . . Obama says 12 million too. It must be so. I suppose if we added 1 and had 13 million the next year, people might say "Oh, that sounds unlucky". Granted, some now say 1 million have gone home, so maybe their subtraction will begin to work, but they still aren't accounting for the percentages of the invasion that were pregnant, purposely breaching our border to deposit a baby.

Point being, it's all bad math.

Worst possible scenario is amnesty . . if it's 15 million illegal aliens here who are Hispanic (conservative guess because I think it's really 30 million), this number of Hispanics turns from 50 to 100 million within a short span of time because our immigration laws try not to seperate families. Now, let's vote on some stuff again. You can already see the pro-Hispanic cult sharpening its political teeth for dinner, "voting brown". What will it be like when 1/3 of the voting population is Hispanic? To infinity and beyond . .

Might sound like it, but I'm not picking on Hispanics, who might be the majority and visible problem of illegal aliens. I know better. The silent partner in this illegal immigration wave is the Asian. The organized crime bringing Asians into this country isn't on the radar of average Americans because they don't want us to see it. Red Pill, Blue Pill . . once the average American doesn't really want to know, they are easily contaminated with the plague of political correctness and shut their brains off.

Anyway, I tend to agree with those future projections of The Age of Bronze. Somewhere there's an Indian saying, "Now you get it."

Relevant to West Virginia, is it survives those future projections. Other options for survival might be in the lost world of Maine, etc. Or, as the Hispanics, illegal aliens, and politically correct like to say, "Go Home!", meaning Europe. However, Europe has its own plague of stupidity and is dealing with the problems of Islam. That whole bowing on a carpet thing just ain't me. Besides, I like simple pleasures in life, bacon and eggs, seeing women's faces, and not being executed for blasphemy.

It's slim pickings for white flight. If West Virginia falls to Hispania, I'm probably headed to Antarctica. Go global warming!

Wouldn't it be NH that was "new america"? They have the best slogan "live free or die", and have a statue authorizing armed revolt against their government. Like WV, they're considered a bit clannish.

genesee is on a distinguished road
I live in NH now..( am moving to WV!! in a month) I must say..no about the live free or die thing... They've calmed down and lost their way a long time ago. Those who have lived for many generations say it's the Mass. influence... I still like the motto.. BUT, unlike WV's "wild and wonderful".. it doesn't hold true these days.
