are there any russians in Charleston?
we have just moved from Charlotte, NC, with a big organized Russian community there. It would be nice to meet Russians in Charleston as well.

I read an article awhile back about how towards the end of the Cold War Russian Kremlin wanted to use the Shenandoah Valley In West Virginia as a staging point. This including burying weapons there, bio, and conventional caches.
