St. Albans Estate Help Please! (Charleston, Huntington: sale, rentals, mattress)

Greetings all!

We'll be up there shortly to deal with a family estate. Antiques, household goods, a huge garage, housewares. I'm basically going to sort through the stuff, hire some men to do the heavy lifting, haul stuff outside, and hold a week-long estate sale.

Does anyone have recommendations for:

1. Party rental place (tents and tables)
2. Day labor placement service (leaning towards Labor Ready)
3. Places to advertise the sale (besides the Gazette and craigslist!)
4. Demolition Company (garage must be torn down!)

I appreciate your help, and can't wait to get home for a bit! Will hit Blenko and Tamarack and try to keep my mother out of Value City!

Don't forget to advertise the sale in the Herald-Dispatch as well. Lots of antique stores in Central City that may be interested in an estate sale.

BTW, do you have a queen sized mattress to spare?! Let us know when you have the estate sale and we will swing by to say hello and try to talk you down on some stuff!!

Thanks Tres - garage is enclosed without doors, three bays and a large work area. There's no foundation and it's just wood.

Also has great glazed glass windows and some cool, old building features if there's a Habitat for Humanity or an antique building materials place.

And yes, there is a queen bed upstairs! Along with a bedroom set, old magazines, bedding, housewares, dear Lord give me strength!
