I bought ground buffalo at Kroger in Hinton. I'm guessing if Hinton has it Charleston would...

If you're looking for steaks, there is a Buffalo ranch in Kanawha county . West Virginia Buffalo Ranches - EatBisonMeat.com

Off topic but speaking of funky meat- what on EARTH is 'mild sous'? I saw it at a market that had scary meat you couldn't pay me to take off their shelf. When I googled it, it came up synonymous with french language bacteria study medical papers! hhahahaaa

Looked like raw scrapple or some such dubious beige by product right next to ham hocks and pork necks. WV'rs eat this?

Scary enough for halloween IMO.
