It may be a bit more open minded for WV but I don't believe there are any good cities in WV. If you want to live somewhere great try Lexington,Ky. Lexington is a bigger city (300,000) but doesn't feel too big, and has diversity everywhere! It's within a hour to Louisville, and 3 hrs. to Nashville and Knoxville and within a hour to Cincy. It's great there! I love it in Lexington, and there is so much to do and it is very beautiful and well maintained. Huntington is dirty, every city I have ever been in in WV is dirty and nasty. Trust me, don't move to WV. Move to Lexington, Ky or one of the outlying subarbs of Lex or even Lousville. Ky is so beautiful once you get out of Ashland and eastern KY. Central KY is one of the wealthiest parts in the country and Lexington has the 2nd higest college graduation rate behind Seattle. It's exciting, Kentucky Basketball is a obsession and it's rivalry with Louisville. People are friendly, it's very southern. Horses and Mint Julips so much culture that WV does not have! Trust me
LMAOOOOO

I've never been too impressed with Lexington.. or anything Kentucky has to offer for that matter. If given the choice between staying in WV or moving to KY... I'd stay in WV any day.

and if Huntington is so "dirty" and "trashy" tell all the Kentuckians who head to Huntington to work and come to our mall to shop, to turn around and go back to Ashland

Lexington?
One of the most beautiful rural cities in the USA..I only wish we could have that great expanse of flat land...
So much history with the Bourbon whiskey businesses, Dan Boone and the incredible horse farms.
I was able to visit the Kennedy horse farms near Lexington once..lets a person know what Real money can buy.
A really great town, for sure...

Wheeling has the fast growing shopping area called the Highlands

It has a Cabeala's Store, Walmart, Target, JCPenny, Best Buy, Kholes, Booksamillion, Bed bath & Beyond, Old Navy, ect

and it has a new lifestyle center with lots of new resturants and stores

also a movie theater

In the near future, an indoor theme park

And no, Wheeling isn't racist
