I am moving to the Moundsville area in a few weeks. I think we're going to be renting an apartment at HillView Apartments. Can anyone tell me anything about these?? How far are they from stores, ect? Supposedly they're on Riffle Road but I googled it and there is no such street or road. And there was a HillView 2 complex on Pebble Ave or street that Google can't find either--I'm confused. I know Moundsville from visiting my sister, I know Wheeling also kinda. I can't wait to move to WV, I live in Jersey now.
