I do not know if this will help but I am offering free rent in Spencer WV in exchange for handy/gardener type.. Old solid home in need of care taker.. Must have verifiable referances.. This is a good deal for someone in need of housing.. Quiet area.. I pay the rent and material.. You do the upkeep..
