How far from Clarksburg to Pickens? We used to ride those 200cc machines all day. If you run flat out, of course you have to let it cool down once in a while. I see a few 200s on poker runs, no problems.

I have no earthly clue. An all day ride is what they say. I have a 2 gal tank on the bike, so I'd have to bring a bottle or two.

I do want to do that this spring. It's a good group of folks and a lot of fun I hear.

I still do poker runs, a friend has two machines and the starting point is next door to his house. Everyone rides at their own pace, and you can count on help if you get stuck. I dodge the deep mud pits whenever possible.

When gas prices were high, I was looking for a 600 or larger dual-sport. Still looking for something, last week I saw a 2001 Ural with on demand two-wheel drive and sidecar. This week I looked at an Aspencade. Can't make up my mind....

I was looking at a Suzuki DRZ 400 as a choice... I rode a 600 Kawasaki KLR not too long ago. I don't much care for water cooled bikes on real boondock riding, but it was a nice bike.
