Default Parent's Opinion Please! How are schools in Ridgeley, WV?

My family is from Cumberland, MD and after 18 years in the Army my husband and I are ready to come home. Most of my family has attended Fort Hill, but my husband and I are looking across the river in Ridgeley. What we'd really like is the opinion of area parents who have children in the Frankfort school district. What are your thoughts? How would you rate the academics and the social environment? Please be straight forward, the Department of Education tells me that "all of our schools equally have great qualities." I need a real opinion...
