I hope this thread serves as a clearinghouse of dumb stuff that happens in other states. Let it serve to remind WV'ns that no state has the exclusive claim to soft in the head, wackaloon, or garden variety stupidity.

So if it's illegal to sell "illegal" drugs, why is it legal to tax them??? How do you tax something you aren't supposed to have? If you go to the state and ask for a tax stamp, are you placed under arrest? They must have some really dumb "Unlicenced Pharmaceutical distributors" in those states!

Comical Vec, but the purpose of this thread is to display the oddities and stupidity that regularly occurs outside these hills, not inside. I think enough people get to advertise soft in the head as if it were representing WV, but equal time for the rest of the world beyond appalachia is the purpose of this thread.
