We have an immediate need for Customer Service Representatives for a growing, local, established company providing a highly competitive compensation package with great benefits.
If you have one year experience in customer service and or the service industry (Target, Retail Store, Fast Food, etc...) and looking for a great customer care opportunity then please continue. We are the leading customer care call center in Fairmont, West Virginia.
· Answer inbound telephone calls and speak with customers in an effort to resolve customer service inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
· Access customer account information via computer software and make necessary entries in order to resolve problems and/or complaints, initiate or change service, process transactions, schedule installations, etc.
· Communicate with customers effectively and clearly, which requires excellent oral communication skills (grammar, enunciation, pronunciation).
$8.25 - $10.00 per hour
