Default need to move near Ranson Wv

I am a single older adult. need to live closer to my daughter. can someone help me with particulars. what towns in WV are not part of the way to DC? I need to live in a less expensive area but close to larger city?
What towns are my choices to live in?
Thanks I appreciate your help.

Default where can I live(near Ranson) but reasonable housing?

I was told I needed to be 2 hrs away from dc in order to be able to afford to live in that town. are all these towns (that you mentioned) exclusive places to live? I need to be in a larger town.

Falling Waters is a lovely place to live. It is located only 2 miles from the Maryland border and approximately 5 miles from Hagerstown, Maryland and 7 miles from Martinsburg, West Virginia. Fallining Waters is in Berkeley County which is one of the fasted growing counties in the nation and the fastest growing county in West Virginia. There are many new home construction communities popping up as well as existing houses. It is also close to major interstates such as I-81 and I-70. Housing is probably a little less expensive in Berkely County as opposed to Jefferson County where Ranson is located. There are also many townhouse communities to choose from as well offering low maintenance, adequate living space, and reasonable pricing (for the region)
