WV has one confirmed case of Pig Flu on this map.
The website also shows a global map and totals of confirmed cases in each country, 1068 in the US to date.
HealthMap | Global disease alert map
Locally, quite a few people have been ill, with one rumored case of swine flu still unconfirmed after 5-days.
My son was diagnosed with walking pneumonia and upper RSV, and both of his sons have been sick. I feel lucky at the moment.
EDIT- Just had to add... Our local newscaster just called it the swoon flie virus.

The Swine-Flu map I posted above is not true, according to news reports today. (cannot edit) Forget where I picked it up.
The news reports today say there have been no confirmed Swine-Flu cases reported in the state. However, they are also reporting that there are 4 unconfirmed cases that the CDC is currently testing, including a 15 year old boy in Wood county.
Why they couldn't have waited for confirmation, is beyond me at the moment.
I saw it on chl 13 and 15, Mrs. Rivers won't give up the remote, because Mr. Rivers is on the PC.

RO's map is interesting. As you would expect, there are more cases in the more populous states, except...
PA has only 1, FL 5, GA and MD 3, all states with large populations. Yet Delaware reports 33???
I wonder if some state health departments are more aggressive in testing for H1N1, or are using different tests, or different standards?
Why would Illinois have 122, while Ohio-Michigan-Indiana, combined, have only 28?
Could it be that there's Fed $$$ that will flow to the hardest hit states, to help "wipe out" the epidemic-pandemic-run of the mill flu?

I don't know snorpus, but people aren't dying in large percentages as predicted. Seems I see an awful lot of hype over it. Seems like every time 1 or 2 cases is found, it's a story.
Why go to air with a story, before it's confirmed and really a story? There are lesser things that normally always get confirmation before going out as news.
I bet there's a lot of kids out of school this morning, and maybe a rush in shopping for certain items.
This story for Friday morning says the teen tested positive in the county lab and they're waiting for results from the CDC.

Have to wait for the CDC.

That's true. Lots of hype. What they're saying is that most of the cases are the result of people who already have medical issues, compromised immune systems. Medical community worried come the Fall season [?] but hopefully by then, the counter-active remedy will be out.

My guess is, illegal alien population concentrations, and of course, there are dumb-asses traveling to Mexico too.
HB pointed out earlier the discrepancies in source data, so I've been sticking with the CDC. It might not be accurate, but they're not going to report it unless it's confirmed. The media will though.

I'm amazed. They printed a story today with the boy's name in it. Maybe they had permission, I guess I would expect more privacy.
