If the lights work, the muffler and tailpipe are okay, the brakes, tires okay and there ain't any rust as in you can put your finger through, you'll be okay. A lot of this depends where you take it also.(if'n you know what i mean)

Right and I do know what you mean. We got a transfer to WV so that is why I was wondering. What passes in one state won't pass in another, and for a bit there we thought we were getting a transfer to Pa, and when I asked there, found out they are real strict...so that is why the concern. We do not need to move somewhere and have trouble getting vehicals inspected...

Are you from California?

You can drive a duct-taped POS here if your windshield isn't cracked and your wipers work.

Pathetic.
But at least we're not Ohio.
