Not to be mean but WV may not be your cup of tea. Speaking Spanish around here won't get many responses. Very very VERY few people here speak Spanish.

We had a spanish family...actually two in our congregation at one time. The spanish from Spain were a little uppity, but the spanish from New Mexico were simply great and the mamacita took everyone in and loved us to death...wore the serapes' when breast feeding the infants, and was so outgoing and kind.
She even asked her old Cantor to visit as a house guest and do our service one evening. I'll never forget that as he wore a serape' during the service.
We talk of them often and still miss them after these many years...It's a who/what you are thing...
And what's a language anyway...we lost ours through the years...Gaelic. just a few relics that died with my grandparents...

I don't know what kookamus is talking about. There are A LOT of spanish speakers around this state. I'm originally from up near Petersburg, WV. You'll be able to travel to Keyser, Davis, Moorefield, etc... and see what's available there. I know there are a lot of Spanish speaking families in Keyser, which is not too far away, only a matter of going through the adjacent town of New Creek, so maybe 20 minutes.
My family is originally from Petersburg, my grandpa born and raised, but he ended up in Keyser every single day.
Check it out before you move. You'll be surprised by how beautiful it is there!
