Relocating
I have just recently acquired employment in Beckley WV. I currently live in Michigan. I have been completely unsuccessful in trying to locate rental homes online for the Beckley area. I have made a short 2-day trip to Beckley to try and get a feel for the area, however, this was not near enough time to find anything solid. I visited the Beckley Chamber of Commerce and gathered some literature, and also visited a couple of real estate agents. This only added to my dismay. The area is beautiful, and my family and myself are excited about the relocation. Does anyone have any advice on trying to get rental home information. Another area of interest is Lewisburg which I heard is also beautiful.
Any help would be appreciated

I posted on one of your other posts to check out www.register-herald.com. Also, you might want to try The "Ol' Mountain Trader" that's a local paper here in Southern WV, or maybe going direct to our bigger real estate agents here. Are you wanting to rent a home or an apartment? You might want to spend the day here and just get out and look. You'll see signs everywhere, especially in the suburbs outside of the city.
