Ok, aside from the falls, what else is there to do here? Do they have boat rentals, bike rentals, etc.... I've never been there so I'm just trying to find out what else is there to do.

Thanks for any info you can provide.

Do you like hiking? There's a trail behind the lake that goes to the overlooks. Bringa machete, lol.

Do you like beer? There's a brewery in town- Blackwater Brewery. Get a Gruller and go back to camp and enjoy the evening fire.

You can rent rowboats or paddle boats and putz around the little lake if you want.

The park offers some nice activities too. One year we went on a fern walk and learned a lot about the native ferns. Very cool walk.

If you have kids, the nature center does a lot for them. Our kids love it there.

Take a day trip over to Cannan Valley- take in the sights over there.

When we go, we never run out of things to do, but my all time favorite pastime there is this-

R-E-L-A-X-I-N-G......

See Dolly Sods.

Another good day trip is down to Seneca Rocks and Spruce Knob.

Visit Mountain Made in Thomas (all WV craft products).

I don't have a hammock, so I just fall asleep (oops, I mean R-E-L-A-X) in a camp chair.
