wanting to move to WV (Bridgeport, Summersville: for rent, how much, houses)

We are a family of 6 looking to move to the following areas:
Cowen, Camden-on-gauley, Summersville, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a house to rent, rent to own, land contract, or buy with owner financing. We currently live in Akron OH but most of our family is there in WV, We love it there but just can't seem to find a place in the areas we want. We have an income of 2000+ a month that will follow us there but are looking for some place inexpensive.

We have 4 kids from 3yo to 13yo and want them to have a better life in a better place around friendlier people. We currently live in Akron Oh and want/need to get away from here and the rat race. I want my kids to see the stars when they look up at night, not just a bunch of haze. I want my kids to be able to play outside and not worry too much about it.

I will be moving in january i live in chicago but lived in bluefield as a child. I want a better life for my kids also. I found alot of places on the internet on craglist wv and also if you look in the newspaper under what city or town the real esate book has alot of houses. I called and their sending me a list of houses for rent and rent to own. THey asked what i was looking for and how much i could pay and that all. I hope this helps some. tera

Thanks, I have some papers from down there but I figured I would still post this cause most of the best deals never hit the papers. I know of a house near logan that needs tore down and rebuilt with property for $1000 but I want to move on the other side.

Go to the internet on [url], scroll down looking to the left of the screen and click on WV, I think there are about 100+ listings currently, You don't get these listings on Realators sites. We bought our home by using this site. Flemington, WV Taylor County near Bridgeport!!Beautiful
