Hi folks -- I'm going to be up near Fayetteville to have some outdoor fun, and I'm wondering where the best place to stay is, given the following criteria:
-- close proximity to at least a couple of decent restaurants
-- within a 30-minute drive of Fayetteville
-- scenic
Our first choice is to get a log cabin or chalet, but we'd consider a decent, mid-priced hotel as well.
I'm thinking Beckley is probably the place to stay. What about Fayetteville itself? I'm not really familiar with the area at all.
There is a Quality Inn on Rt 19 Fayetteville area. Comfort Inn and Holiday Inn in Oak Hill. Within 30 minutes is Summersville with Country Inn and Suites, Sleep Inn, Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn. Plenty of cabins around that area. Google cabins in WV.
check out Home houses located in summersville very near summersville lake
