*snap* and I was all set to get rid of my 96 Grand Cherokee v8 with ft quadratrak- the 16mpg monster it is... NOT. Ha-ha..

Personally I like the tax write off for donating old vehicles. Some go to vo-tech for training, getting rebuilt or repaired and then donated or sold at modest prices to others.

If anything- that should have been pushed. The gains on this cash-for-clunkers program are nil.

Absolutely correct!! The Government is long on making promises and short on keeping them. To my way of thinking those promises, just like the Constitution, are an implied contract between the Government and the American people and carry the same obligations for both parties as any contract. Further....I really don't need a bunch of Supreme Court Justices to interpret ANYTHING in the Constitution for me....I can freakin' read as well as any of them. Seems they are now in the process of defining the meaning of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness for us as we obviously don't really understand the true "Socialist" meaning of those words.

We can't afford to do this.

We were insolvent as a county, with a financial implosion from social security and medicare on the horizon anyway. So if this is not insanity, then we have to look at those orchestrating this, that their intent is the dissolution of the United States of America.

For example, the war in Iraq was pitched to America at a cost of $50 billion (need the quotes?), and we could not afford that, period. It's currently a 900+ billion debt, with no end in sight, and a post-war cost estimated in trillions, add to debt. Likewise, the so-called bailout was pitched at $700 billion, and this treachery is currently estimated at $24 trillion, add to debt.

Carl Sagan is out there rewriting his speeches, "gazillions and bazillions . ."

25% of a quadrillion in debt? Review my my math Carl, if I laid out dollar bills from the sun, that's about half-way between Uranus and Pluto?

Some people awaken from the stupor of propaganda and experience that moment, like knowing they've been cheated on. It's hurts. When you come to grips with it -- we can never repay this debt. The consequence of that, to every citizen of this country, is we will yield sovereignty to the will of foreign interests. Personally, I have a problem with being assessed with a debt that I did not borrow.

Additionally, The Federal Reserve, which 50% of its shareholders are not American, is printing 15 dollars to every 1 that existed in 2008. Do the math, that's $45 gallon milk. This is the purposeful destruction of the USD.

This latest fraud and assault on liberty under the ruse of health care, is exactly that.

There is absolutely no question the national debt has to be made under control. It ratcheted disproportionately under Bush, and cannot continue under this administration, or any future administration.

The last time our national debt approached 100% of GDP was around 1950, and the OBM is projecting 100% for the next decade or more.

It is not good. At all.

It won't be long before the dollar bill will be obsolete. The $20 will be the new $1, for a while but it will devalue exponentially and soon it will cost $1,000 for a loaf of bread. It's not hard to find countries where this has already happened. (....Jan 2008...Zimabwe introduced a new 10 million Zimbabwe dollar note. Economists said they believed it was the highest denomination of any currency in the world. ) That's why I've been concerned about hording cash (if I had the cash to horde.) I think it is better to buy equipment & supplies which won't lose value.

It was such a good idea to drop the Gold Standard...

It's all based on a basket of currencies relative to GDP. Spending disproportionate to GDP devalues the greenback.

Invest in other currencies, or in international stock, will spread the risk. Of course that depends if the foreign currency (country) is stable.

Despite our issues- the greenback, and this nation, is far more stable than most. Not all, but most. That's why it is still valued as high regardless of our 'debt'. But that value can be eroded.

Remember the Japanese purchasing power in the 80's?

. . health services should not be guaranteed to "individuals who are irreversibly prevented from being or becoming participating citizens. An obvious example is not guaranteeing health services to patients with dementia."

Dementia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Note :
The flu vaccine contains mercury from thimerosal, a preservative added to prevent bacterial contamination. Mercury is toxic to the brain, nerve cells, arterial linings and has been linked to an increase in the risk of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, memory loss, depression, anxiety, ADD, heart disease, hypertension and birth defects.
Elderly individuals who receive the flu shot are more likely to be diagnosed with dementia or stroke.
Should You Get the Flu Shot?

Note :
Immunity to prosecution of drug companies has been given in advance of flu vaccine.

This classificiation by regulatory authorities underscores fears that the pandemic flu vaccines, which contain toxic adjuvants, are indeed actually bioweapons, designed to cause death and injury. Furthermore, the Glaxo vaccine is categorised as having “controlled or government distribution in the EU and USA” only. After the war, the Rockefeller eugenics movement experienced a facelift to distance itself from the discredited Nazis. In the 1950s, the Rockefellers reorganized the U.S. eugenics movement and added population-control and abortion groups. The Eugenics Society changed its name to the Society for the Study of Social Biology — a mere two months after Roe was handed down.

Are there any facts to back up this Fear Mongering?
Remember the same people who called this socialism said the same of Social Security, Medicare, Unemployment and the Minimum Wage.
Are you calling for the violent overthrow of the US Government?
