Default Town and Country Festival - New Martinsville
The 49th annual Town and Country Festival (Wetzel County Fair) begins this Monday (August 10) and continues through the following weekend. The event will be held at the 4-H Camp on Rte 7, just east of New Martinsville.

Entertainment includes the Cherryholmes group and Joe Zelek on Tuesday, Abbondanza on Wednesday, and The Oak Ridge Boys (!) on Saturday night.

If you run across a pretty lady by the name of Jolene who is selling hand made mountain toys (whimmy diddles, etc.) at a booth, tell her Paul says hello!
