The historic C&O Depot in Marlinton (Pocahontas County), destroyed by a fire in March 2007, will be rebuilt next year, after the project received a $335,000 Transportation Enhancement grant. Combined with insurance proceeds, individual, corporate, and governmental donations, enough money has now been raised to construct a new depot.
