Sheetz are awesome - would sure like to have the franchise on the one at the exit at Weston/Bkn or the MoTown exit to WVU.
Almost forgot Wegman's - like my Krogers but Wegmans deli's are great.

You aren't kidding. I LOVE Wegmans deli selection...it serves me well considering one of the only things I can make well is a sandwich lol. Their wine cellars are also great.
I wish Sheetz would open a few places up in the DC area. During my years at WVU I was always a big fan of their coffee and MTO sandwiches. Although I must admit the latter was usually much better after a night of what Morgantown is usually known best for.

We just got a Sheetz in Milton and after always stopping when I went through Weston but never really getting the food, and having now tried it I can honestly say...how in the hell did they ever become known for their food? That stuff is toxic.
I've been to a Whole Foods, didn't fancy me much - overpriced "organic" food is not my forté. Growing it yourself is organic and cheap as you're going to get, and it tastes much better.
Backyard Burger is something I'd like to see open up in this area. There is a Steak 'n Shake in Barboursville, but it's disgusting and absolutely nothing like the ones in the Midwest.

So Sheetz, Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, and wegman's have gotten alot of talk
i think Sheetz could put up locations in areas like Mink Shoals, Malden, and/or Institute
I chose these exits because there is no compition, and they are on people's way to work
but also Kanawha City, Cross Lanes, Scott depot, South ridge, ST Albans, and/or South Charleston near the montrose exit
As for Bed bath & Beyond, i think either in the old Goody's out at South Ridge, or in kanawha city across from Lowe's in its own building
Best Buy could open up shop at the old Circuit City because I heard that that Circuit City made alot of money there. but It could go at the nitro market Place or in kanawha City too
I believe Kanawha city has alot of good land not being used
Now wegman's is a tricky one. It would have to go in a community that could support it, but couldn't be too close to a Kroger's. I have no idea!!! lol!!!
Does anyone have any ideas???

Hofbrauhaus- A Bavarian restaraunt and bar chain. They are a lot of fun, people can stand up on the pews and drink and sway to the music in the beir hall, or they can dine in some of the more quiet rooms.
In-N-Out Burger- Throwback burger joint, found mostly in the Southwest (AZ, SoCal)
Yard House- Has large selection of world and American cuisine. Also has over 100 beers on tap.
Sheetz- Definately looking forward to them expanding into the Charleston market. MTO Chicken Quesadilla's are pretty decent.
Best Buy- I would love to see a Best Buy move into the Town Center Mall. I realize there probably isn't enough room for one downtown. This chain usually chooses stand alone strip mall settings, but if there were enough money and space for new construction, it could make for a really nice corner spot and would really help make the mall vibrant again.

Tim Horton's is a Canadian based fast food chain. It serves coffee and doughnuts. Now they also have iced capp, soups, sammiches, ect
We have a Tim Horton's here in Saint Albans, i usually get breakfast there on Sunday mornings.

Tim horton's in cross lanes and in teays valley too.
I like the idea of the best Buy in the mall. And I think the old Steve n berry's location is big enough!!! It is actually a very good idea, and good enough for me to inform the Town center about it.
It would bring people to the mall too. Thanks silkdashocker!!!

Your welcome Chriscross309. I was just playing along and threw an idea out there. That would be great if someone in charge of recruiting tennants @ the Charleston Town Center would run with your idea.
