Default Looking for help or info for moving to Hunington WV

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone had any info or could point me in the right direction on apartments or houses for rent around marshall that are handicap accessible or could be worked on to be. Im wanting to move there and any help would be much appreciated. Im planing on coming to Hunington some and looking but thought someone may have some info to make it easier and faster for me. I can have work done on a house also if they would permit. Any info would be great. At the moment I am living in Mingo County so its not that much of a drive. Thanks for any help

Here are some resources I found for you in Huntington. The first is a link to the Mountain State Centers for Independent Living. The MSCIL is tasked with "providing advocacy, networking, and resources to people with disabilities and their families." I would imagine that they would be a great help in looking for a place to meet your needs. The second and third links are for some apartments that may offer what you are looking for. Hopefully this helps to get you started in your move and welcome to Huntington. What area of Mingo Co. are you from? I have family that lives there.

Thanks a lot. I will definitely look through all those. I live at Pigeon creek. Its a few miles above Delbarton, right across the mountain from Matewan and Williamson. Where do they live?

I think these will help a lot to get me started. I was hoping someone knew of a few places that could give me a jump start. Ill keep ya posted how it goes. Thanks a lot

My family lives close to Delbarton as well. Most of them are in the Lando Mines area with some in Elk Creek.

Glad I could help and let me know if you need anything else.
