Default Best Small Town in WV

Which town in this state do you like the most?

Please try to pick a town less than 10,000 people, has a decent amount of Infrastructure, and is not your home town.

Another vote for Shepherdstown. I can't imagine any other place coming close.

I guess I'm not allowed to pick Shepherdstown, although technically my mailing address is Shenandoah Junction. But for me personally (maybe because I've lived here so long) I would have to choose some place else, maybe Capon Bridge or Romney, hmm Thomas is nice too. I'm not good at picking favorites.

I thought DK and I settled this long ago... the best small town in the state is Mobley, hands down!

For second best, it's a tie between Davis and Lewisburg.
