I have just accepted an offer and need to move to the Northern Panhandle within the next few weeks. My wife, two kids, and dog need a place to call home. I have owned 3 houses and never rented however, until my current house sells I will need to rent. In a perfect world I would find a place that we like enough to rent then buy upon sale of my current house. If anyone has anything / knows of anything I would be very grateful. The company is also going to help with the search but I am trying all options I can think of to find the perfect house for us.

Thanks!
Phil

Phil, it would be helpful to know to which part of the Northern Panhandle you will relocate? Moderator cut: advertising is not allowed

I am used to commuting so anything north of the city limits of Wheeling would work for me and still be under an hour to work. Thanks for your reply, Phil
