Mt. Morris, PA ? (Morgantown: rentals, homes, living)

Long time lurker here just thought I join this site.

I currently live right above Morgantown in Point Marion, PA. Let's just say I'd rather live in any place besides Point Marion. It's a bit depressing and scary in some parts.

Anwyay, I work in Morgantown and would still like to live in PA. I have always liked Mt. Morris. Sure, it's rural but it doesn't have run down feeling Point Marion has. I'd rather live in Mount Morris because it's a nicer community and it's closer to my job off the 155 Exit off I-79.

Does anyone know of any good rentals there, like under $450? I'm asking in the WV forum because I figure most Pennsylvanians probably aren't familiar with that part of PA.

You are going to have to drive over and look for the rental signs...ask at the post office or look on the bulletin board...if you are a church goer ask at the church...

Mt. Morris is one of my favorite places and if your lucky, some thing might be available on Kennedy Avenue...
My great uncle built many of the old homes in that town at the beginning of the last century...

Mt. Morris is perhaps the last area right around Morgantown that isn't
being developed. There are nice folks living there, and it is only a 5 minute drive. It's a good choice.
