Jane Lew is a very good place to live...pull up a chair on the back porch and feed the deer, rake some leaves, wave to the neighbors.
I'm sure they will say hello and bring over some hot bread or an apple pie..
It will take a little time for the air to clear your lungs...
You will be ok...

With I-79 close by, you can get to alot of places in WV. Stop at a Welcome Center and obtain their annual book on tourism. This book is broken down into the different regions. You will be close to all the fishing you can stand. There is a great Branson-style show over in Elkins (across Rt.33) less than an hour from Jane Lew. There are many fairs/festivals in WV that you can easily make in a one day drive. There is the Mountain Lakes outdoor amphitheatre in Flatwoods just south of you. Don't forget to visit our state parks as they are FREE to enter and are our best-kept secret. If you look around; you will be very happy in Wild, Wonderful, West Virginia.

I think the Welcome Center on I-68, east of Morgantown, is still open.
If not, you can order the Tourism Book online.

I was talking Welcome Centers instead of rest areas. There is one in Williamstown just as you cross into WV from OH. I don't know about I-79 coming from PA but, yes, there is one in Preston County coming in from MD and another in Princeton coming from VA.
If available online, maybe you should just go ahead and order it so you will have it. There is a state highway map included in each one.
