Nicest place to live in Huntington or surrounding areas (Pea Ridge: apartments, rental)

I am moving from a major city to Huntington, WV and am trying to find the nicest/most expensive apartments in the area. Does anybody have any ideas? I have been looking at apartment sites and the rents all seem to top off at $600 for a 1 bedroom, am I missing something?
