Question Summersville............

My family and I are looking forward to moving back home to Summersville. I am originally from there and my family still lives there. Just had a few questions though.

1) Does anyone know what houses are renting for there? I am paying close to $900/month here in Florida and am looking for one in the $400 - $600 range there.

2) Is the nursing field in high demand there?

3) Are there any nursing homes right around there?

I have been gone from there since I was 11 years old but have visited my grandparents every year since. I just can't wait to be back where it actually feels like home. July can't come quick enough. Thanks in advance for any info.

Finally another lover of S'ville. We have a house there that we currently rent for $600. per month. It is currently rented. YOU will be able to find something in your price range! Summersville Memorial Hospital is growing, and I am sure you could get a job there as a nurse. Yes there are NH's in the area. I LOVE S'ville!!!

Do you get the Nicholas Chronicle? That is the local paper, only comes out 1x per week. I live in VA, but S'ville is my "home". I see rentals in there every week. If you would like for me to look for you send me a pvt email.

nursing is going to be in fairly high demand anywhere you go especially in a rural area like Summersville so I wouldn't be too concerned about finding a job. As a poster previously mentioned the Nicholas Chronicle would be the best place to look if you were seeking a place to rent. I am not completely sure about housing prices in the area as I left WVA several years ago (my extended family still lives in Summersville) but I can't imagine it being out of your 400-600 price range.
