Default Restaurant space available?

I have an Italian restaurant up in the Boston area and was wondering about bringing the restaurant to either Fairmont or Morgantown. I grew up in Fairmont, so I'm pretty familiar with the food in the area and my ability to compete. Does anyone know of any pizzerias or restaurants that have closed and would be available? I'd like to bring my pizza and authentic Italian to the area, along with some good ole New England items.

My thoughts are that I'd love to have a place like the old Pizza Man location in Fairmont, but maybe in an area that wasn't so dependent on students being around. I do want to be in an area that can service the students though. Anyone know of any spaces available?

The old Pizza Man building is still empty in Fairmont...see it every once in a while. Hard to compete with the brand new on campus facilities at FSU...

Also the old all you can eat steakhouse on Fairmont Avenue is empty as of 3 months ago. Owners health and the city B&O tax put them under...also the demographics change..

New high line eateries in Morgantown are pulling the customers there..all the big chains have been built for the shopping, football and basketball crowd.
Also the Middletown Mall area (where we have our business) is becoming a travel eating center for the transient groups to Florida and Morgantown ballgames...

A few old name resturants still linger...but their owners are getting along in years...wonder if those businesses will continue when they give them up. I would look into buying something established...that has been done with the Colisessano name and they are doing very well.

Linda Mazza has done that with her fine family name and provides good food into the High Tech community...was invited to do that! Great lady, for sure...

Someone needs to bring back the Bee Hive...I'm serious.

Not fair - Clarksburg/MoTown/etc. area has all the good Italian restaurants.

In Charleston, we have Fazio's but that is the only place for good Italian (unless there are one's I'm not aware of that are open on Sunday PM).

Sure wish someone would open a pizza place in Chas with great veggie pizza (white pizza - no red sauce). NOT the wanna-be veggie pizza's like the chains offer. A REAL veggie pizza, white pizza with veggie options such as artichokes, spinach, etc.
