My fiance and I together have three kids, a cat, and a dog. We are looking to relocate from Beckley to Oak Hill to start a new life. We are both employed, and would like to find preferably a house to rent possibly to own. We have some money saved up but because of our divorces are unable to obtain a loan at this time. We would consider an apartment just so that we can start over. We have been in touch with a realtor, and have been searching local papers with no luck so far. We would require at least a three bedroom home and would like to have a yard so we can have a place for the kids to play, and the animals to run as well.
If anyone could direct us to what or where we should go to find a place it would be greatly appreciated.
