Where in or around Rye, NY would one find an older, established middle-class neighborhood, with residents who have lived there a long time? Not looking for a hipster, yuppie, high-dollar development, but areas with houses that were built in the 40's-50's-60's or older and have possibly even seen more than one generation live in them. Researching for an author. Need info tonight if possible - thanks!
