So we did finally find a house in Cortlandt and are moving the end of this month (thanks again to everyone who helped us find where to move!) and now we need someone to take over our lease here in Dobbs Ferry.
It's a single family home with a small front yard, and large, long drive way with paved play space in back. Room to park several cars. Lots of good storage, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, living room, separate dining room, eat-in kitchen (recently updated) and basement rec room. Zoned for Ardsley schools. easy access to Saw Mill for commuting.
