I have 3 kids, 6, 4, & 1, including one with Downs Syndrome. I want to move to a town where all 3 can attend the same public schools, with philosophy of inclusion for special needs kids. We're looking anywhere in Westchester or Rockland County. Any recommondations?

I know that Chappaqua and Ardsley are all inclusion, as is Greenwich if you'd consider CT. Of course, the degree of your child's disability will dictate how much pull-out is required, if any.

Mamaroneck special ed is wonderful for many things but inclusion is not their strong point, from my experience.

valhalla might be what you're looking for.

my friend moved there because of the programs and help the town and school system provides to her son with autism.
