What are the names of local land line phone companies in westchester county and which one is most popular in the community.

for land line- verizon (expensive but reliable) or you can have optonline (a division of cablevision) provide you with phone service (via your internet router)- much less expensive- downfall is that if the cable service is down- so are your phones- dosent happen often, but it can happen.

I second that Time Warner is best, but they are expensive and have the worst customer service ever! Verizon is also an option but its the same issues as Opt online!
