Contractor recomendation for basement and foundation waterproofing (New Haven, Stamford: new house, contractors)

Was hoping someone had a recommendation for a trustworthy contractor to get advice on waterproofing my home.

I don't have an emergency but some of the walls on one side of my basement have some crumbly spots. I tried cleaning out, filling with hydraulic cement and using latex sealant over it but still get the spots (sealant also turns yellowish in some areas).

I have never used them before and can't vouchsafe their reliability
