Default working in Tarrytown, live where?
Hi everyone, I am looking for an old colonial home, in the 375-400 range, within one hr from tarrytown, preferably by train but bus is okay too. I am looking for something near a quaint town and within one hr from nyc by train, if possible. Any ideas on towns and advice about the commute? Thanks!

Are schools an issue? If not check out Peekskill. Great houses, low prices, good restaurants, galleries, art movie theater, contemporary art museum, and the best coffee house anywhere. MetroNorth is 15 minutes to Tarrytown and 55 minutes to NYC
