A while back I rented a co op from the owner. I had to go through the third degree to get in, interviews, pay stubs the whole magilla.

Turns out they were not so scrutinizing as we had a wife beater, peeping tom and flasher on our floor.

ETA -- that was three separate lunatics that we were paying to live next to. Must to avoid.
