Is that whole development subject to a lot of noise from the airport?

If you are referring to the one up King Street (Belle Fair) past the office park and the senior living facility, it would have to get a fair amount of airport noise, because when I lived in the Country Ridge section of Rye Brook, we could sometimes hear the sound of the jet engines down there, and that is even further away from the airport.

Belle Fair is also located along the landing path to the airport, so by the time the planes are flying overhead there, they'll be pretty low (low enough to be able to read the tail numbers on the planes, lol).
