Who lives in Bryn Mawr Park??? (Bronxville: real estate, to rent, pros and cons)

I found a property that I would like to rent in this location, between Palmer Rd and Highway 87. (Don't know the exact address at the moment cause I forgot where I put the paper my real estate agent gave me with the details)

Is that area pretty decent to live?

Any pros and cons?

That's a nice area. lots of trees and not much congestion. I go on Palmer Rd every day from the Saw Mill into Bronxville. I don't live there but I can tell you that the properties on Palmer Rd look kind of small but when you go off Palmer they look bigger. Since it's hilly I'd imagine that flooding might be a problem. You'd have to walk to Central Avenue(which isn't far) for transportation like buses. That's my preferred route because it's so nice. Some people farther west live by the Dunwoodie Gold Course and have a back yard view of the entire Manhattan Skyline

Thanks for responding. That gives me some hope. At the moment I am living in LI, but I'm trying to move north of the city mostly because I want a better commute. Here in LI everything is crazy no matter what time of the day.
