We're thinking about buying a loft in the recently gutted Knickerbocker Press Buidling on Webster Ave. However, i've been hearing a lot about safety concerns. I would be going to work at 9am and coming back around 7pm. I would have to walk to the Metro North Station, which i think is about a 15min walk. Do you think it would be safe coming home at night and walking? thanks!
